TTM Adds Wireless Industry Pioneer to Board
Donald Guthrie, a partner in Trilogy Equity Partners, joins company's board as a director

SEATTLE, Wash.—May 11, 2006— Telecom Transport Management Inc. (TTM), a provider of advanced voice and data transport solutions for wireless carriers, announced that Donald Guthrie has been elected as a director of the company. Mr. Guthrie is a general partner in Trilogy Equity Partners, LLC (Trilogy). Trilogy is an investor in TTM.

Mr. Guthrie is a pioneer in the wireless industry having served as senior vice president and treasurer of McCaw Cellular, vice chairman of VoiceStream Wireless, now T-Mobile USA, and as vice chairman and chief financial officer of the Western Wireless Corporation.

"With the wireless data services and mobile content market expecting double-digit growth in the next few years, TTM's efficient, reliable network will address wireless carriers' rapidly growing transport requirements for their voice and data networks," said Mr. Guthrie. Mr. Guthrie joins TTM Chairman Steve Hooper, representing Ignition Partners; Director Tom Huseby, SeaPoint Ventures; Director Dennis Weibling, Rally Capital; and Mark Hamilton, TTM president and CEO, on TTM's board.

Mr. Guthrie's election was effective April 19. He has a B.A. in Economics and Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
