		Deborah Crawford Zygar, CPA Vice President, Corporate Controller Debbie brings over 20 years in accounting and reporting in high tech, fast paced environments. As Vice President and Controller, Debbie is responsible for overseeing the Company's accounting operations including controllership, billing, treasury, tax, reporting and audit. Debbie began her career at Deloitte and Touche within the audit department where she performed and managed audits for clients within various industries. She has since held management positions in both private and publically held high growth high tech companies. Debbie served as Accounting Manager at Western Wireless Corp where she was responsible for general accounting, revenue accounting, commissions, and system implementations. She also served as Senior Finance Manager at Amazon.com, Inc. where she was responsible for corporate and divisional accounting and budgeting as well as SEC reporting. She was the VP of Finance with Print, Inc where she was responsible for all aspects of accounting, including contract review and reporting. And she was the Assistant Controller with Captaris, Inc where she was responsible for SEC reporting, internal reporting and the global accounting operations. Prior to joining Telecom Transport Management, Inc. in 2008, Debbie was Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting with Clearwire Corporation where she was responsible for SEC reporting, general and technical accounting, and the implementation and monitoring of Sarbanes Oxley controls. Debbie is a Certified Public Accountant who holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Washington. Debbie is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the Washington Society of CPA's .
